Ruoxi Pi, PhD

Ruoxi Pi is an immunologist who has a longstanding passion in developing therapeutic strategies to treat cancer and infectious diseases by harnessing the power of immune responses. During her postdoctoral training in Stanford University, she investigated how human NK cells respond to HIV infection and developed novel NK cell engineering strategies for overcoming hurdles of a functional cure. Now she is applying her immunology and cell engineering skills to develop off-the-shelf NK cell products for treating cancer. BS: Zhejiang University, PhD: Yale University.
